Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Receive updates and support as described

One-Time Purchase: Your license is perpetual and does not expire.

Free Updates: You are entitled to free updates for one (1) year from purchase date. Updates after this period may require a new purchase.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose
• Share your license with others (one license = one user)

4. System Requirements

SonicSplit requires:

• macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) or later
• Screen Recording permission
• Intel or Apple Silicon processor

We do not guarantee compatibility with future macOS versions or hardware.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The Software will meet your requirements
• The Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Software will be accurate or reliable

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption

SonicSplit uses Apple frameworks:

• ScreenCaptureKit (audio capture)
• Accelerate (DSP processing)
• CoreAudio (device management)
• SwiftUI (user interface)

Use of Apple frameworks is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

11. Open Source

SonicSplit is open source under the MIT License. You may:

• View, modify, and distribute the source code
• Use it in commercial projects
• Submit contributions via GitHub

12. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the Software
• Delete all copies from your devices
• No refund will be issued
